Order Minimum: Our minimum wholesale order is 100PCS and we request prepayment for all orders.
International Orders: Please note that DODOELEPHANT is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. To calculate import costs, please contact your country's Customs office directly.
Merchandising: To stay in good standing, accounts need to clearly present as a business-to-consumer enterprise that carries a variety of brands.
Amazon: In order to guarantee a seamless customer service experience, we are the exclusive sellers of DODOELEPHANT products on Amazon.com, and do not offer wholesale to stores that intend to resell our products on Amazon.com. Distributing DODOELEPHANT products on Amazon is against our wholesale policy and will result in listings being flagged for removal.
Exclusivity: At this time, territory exclusivity cannot be guaranteed and is subject to change. We are excited to partner with authorized stores around the world, however, acting as a distributor or exclusive agent of DODOELEPHANT without DODOELEPHANT's explicit permission is against our wholesale policy and will result in a revoked account.
